Payment Policy

Our travel consultant team will help you customize the trip until you are sastisfied.

Once you finalize the itinerary and are ready to book the trip, you are required to make a deposit of 25% of the total trip cost upon confirmation. The balance should be done 30 days prior the trip date.

There are some exceptions for the payment process:

  • Last minute booking: for all the bookings that are confirmed within 30 days prior the trip date, 100% of the trip total price is requested upon the confirmation
  • Special services: in some cases, you will be asked for a deposit of more than 25% of the total price that will be informed in detail before you make the payment.

The trip cost should be made by bank transfer or credit card through our secured online system without bank fee and credit card processing fee. In common case, there will be 3.5% processing fee on the total amount paid by credit card.

The insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend you to get your own insurance before taking the trip.

Children Policy

  • Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding.
  • Children under 2 years old are free of charge for land services, only charge fee from airlines if have.
  • Children from 2-6 years old: 50% of adult price
  • Children from 7-11 years old: 75% of adult price
  • Children from 12 years old up: 100% adult price

Cancellation Policy

We are always try our best provide the highest quality services. In any case, we strongly recommend you to contact us immediately, you will find the way to figure out and solve the problems. 

If you do need to cancel the trip due to unexpected changes, the breakdown is as follows:

  • 30 days prior the arrival date: No cancellation fee except for those applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, Boat Company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • 29 – 15 days prior the arrival date: Cancellation fees of 50% per booking/group plus cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, Boat Company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
  • Less than 15 days prior the arrival date or no show: Cancellation fees of 100% per booking/group
  • No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
